The client had all the items removed from the living/room dining room and then the old floor coverings were removed to reveal the concrete substrate.

Once the concrete decorative overlay system was prepped, Floorcare then applied the concrete stain to the overlay system in an aggressive sponge pattern/technique to introduce random swirls, mottling and variations which were all things the Brookfield, WI., homeowner requested.
They wanted as much variation and mottling in the concrete stain as possible.
Once the concrete stain was applied, Floorcare USA then applied multiple clear coats of High Gloss, Polyspastic Urethane Top Coat Systems to lock in the concrete stain and protect the stain and overlay from wear, chemical attack and make the floors very durable and provide a beautiful sheen.
