A Floorcare USA client was tired of the quarterly expense of stripping their VCT, then reapplying the wax to keep their hallways looking good.

Floorcare USA stepped in with a perfect long term solution: Coat the VCT with an industrial grade, aliphatic, high gloss Urethane Clear Coat System that never needs to be stripped or waxed.

Floorcare first chemically stripped the wax from the surface, then mechanically abraded the VCT to create a clean and bondable surface.

Once the Vinyl Composition Tile was cleaned and prepped, Floorcare USA applied the Tennant Coatings ECO-HPS High Performance System glossy urethane top coat.

This system will provide this Pleasant Prairie Manufacturing client with years of reliable, reduced maintenance flooring performance.
