When a Waukesha, Wisconsin Construction Organization was looking for a one of kind epoxy concrete floor that was beautiful, durable and fit with the industrial design of their beautiful new construction offices they knew exactly who to partner with: Floorcare USA, Inc.!

First Floorcare prepped the concrete surface and removed old floor finishes.
Once the concrete surface was prepped, Floorcare patched the concrete, addressed elevation issues in the concrete surface and diamond saw cut clean and filled the concrete control joints with Polyurea Joint Filler.
Once the concrete surface was prepped, leveled and patched is when the real fun began!
The concrete floors were resurfaced utilizing an Epoxy Troweled Mortar mix to make the concrete cap 3-4 times stronger than it already was.
That’s not a typo, 3-4 times stronger.
Once the concrete cap was resurfaced, an epoxy top-dressing grout coat was applied and a skip-troweled finish was applied to the epoxy grout coat.
This is what gives that surface the unique, one of kind finish and texture that the client desired.
Once the epoxy grout coat was applied and fully cured a wear coat of 100% aliphatic, satin finish, High Traffic Urethane top coat was applied.
